The Splendor of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Court and Mediation Conference 2024 will take place on 9-10 May 2024 at the HKCEC as part of Mediation Week 2024. Mediation Week is a biennial flagship event aimed at promoting mediation in Hong Kong. The conference will feature distinguished speakers who will hare with the public topical issues and new development in the mediation landscape. The conference theme will encompass discussions on Mediation in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), International Mediation, and the Future of Mediation.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Building Resilience in Africa’s Construction Sector” The conference will hold in-person in Nairobi, Kenya and will see a confluence of construction law professionals experienced in African projects interrogate trends in construction law and infrastructure across English-speaking, Francophone and Lusophone African jurisdictions.
