The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) jointly organized a seminar in Vienna to explore the qualities which are essential to an ideal arbitrator, and whether these qualities differ from one culture to another with a particular focus on the Far East.
