HKIAC Arbitrator Training Series - Shanghai - Drafting Arbitration Awards
This training workshop was held on 12 December at the Grand Central Hotel in Shanghai. It introduced the essential requirements for drafting enforceable arbitral awards in international arbitration proceedings. Trainers also shared practical advice on how to apply best practice to the award writing process.
