Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (Hong Kong Office)
HKIAC and CIETAC co-founded the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) in 2002 to provide a dedicated platform in Asia for resolving generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs) disputes under ICANN’s policies. Since then, HKIAC has been operating as the Hong Kong Office of ADNDRC and CIETAC as the Beijing Office. HKIAC currently operates as the Secretariat of the ADNDRC.
The ADNDRC now has offices in Seoul and Kuala Lumpur, operating through the Korea Internet Address Dispute Resolution Committee and Asian International Arbitration Centre.
DNDR services offered by HKIAC / the ADNDRC Hong Kong Office cover domain names registered under all gTLDs (including new gTLDs) and a wide range of country code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs).
Applicable gTLDs domains include: .asia, .biz, .com, , .info, .jobs, .name, .net, .org, .pro, .tel, and .xxx. Applicable ccTLDs (40+ countries) include “.hk” and “.香港” under the Hong Kong Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and“.cn” and “.中国”under the China ccTLD Dispute Resolution Policy, as well as ccTLDs for 40+ other countries including British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Lao and Pakistan.
