HKIAC - ADNDRC (Hong Kong Office)

HKIAC places great emphasis in providing speedy and cost effective Domain Name Dispute Resolution (DNDR) services. To set up a dedicated platform for resolving generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs) disputes under ICANN’s different policies, HKIAC co-founded the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) in Hong Kong in 2002, and has since then operated as the Hong Kong Office of ADNDRC.

DNDR services offered by HKIAC / the ADNDRC Hong Kong Office cover domain names registered under all gTLDs (including new gTLDs) and a wide range of country code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs), i.e. .cn ( for Mainland China) and .hk (for Hong Kong), etc.

DNDR proceedings administered by HKIAC are conducted via an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform and by exchange of submissions in electronic format. As such, proceedings can normally be completed swiftly within 60 days or even in a shorter period of time.

Starting 1 January 2018, the Asian International Arbitration Centre has become the ADNDRC Secretariat and inquiries related to ADNDRC services should be directed to enquiry@aiac.world.
