Secretariat

The HKIAC Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all dispute matters referred to HKIAC. The Secretariat handles the administration of arbitrations, mediations, adjudications and domain name disputes. It also handles additional support services including room reservations and fund holding.  For more details on those services, please click here.

The Secretariat is made up of lawyers and support staff representing common law and civil law jurisdictions with multilingual capability, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Hindi, French and Spanish.
