Insights from the East: Trends and Observations from China Related Disputes
We are pleased to invite you to a breakfast session, hosted by 3VB during London International Disputes Week, where our panellists will share the latest trends and observations in handling China-related disputes.
Drawing on their extensive experience acting in arbitrations involving Chinese parties, panellists will share their views on the common types of disputes seen in the region, the sectors from which they're arising, and ways to navigate the possible challenges that can arise.
You will also hear the institutional perspective from HKIAC, which has unparallelled experience in administering disputes between Chinese and non-Chinese parties. Joanne Lau, Secretary General, HKIAC, will provide an update on the use of the reciprocal arrangement on the interim measures application, and introduce HKIAC's 2024 Administered Arbitration Rules, which come into effect 1 June 2024.
If you are interested in China, or your client's business involves China inbound or outbound investment activity, you shouldn't miss this session.
