2018 HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules Roadshow

Please join us as we continue with our roadshow around the globe to show case our new 2018 HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules. We will be coming to New York on 11 June 2019 and London on 19 June 2019 where we will have roundtable discussions with a panel of legal experts on the new Rules through a case study. In particular, the panel will consider the Rules in relation to effective and efficient management of complex arbitrations, including provisions on joinder, consolidation, single arbitration under multiple contracts and concurrent proceedings, as well as other key features of the Rules.

The panel will also discuss the latest trends coming out of Hong Kong and Asia, including an update on China's Belt & Road Initiative and on Hong Kong's role in dispute resolution involving Chinese and foreign parties, as well as recent developments at HKIAC relevant to such disputes.
