Breaking the Boundaries: Arbitration, Construction and Energy

HKIAC is pleased to cordially invite you to an in-person event for the Seoul ADR Festival. The event will be conducted in two sessions with various speakers. The first session will focus on the key commercial, contractual and financial issues and challenges in development of offshore wind power projects in Korea. The second session will focus on managing disputes arising from offshore wind power projects, including considerations regarding dispute resolution clauses, choosing arbitration procedures and the enforcement of any awards.
