This year's Kaplan Lecture was delivered by Donald Donovan, President of ICCA and Co-Chair of the International Disputes Group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Mr. Donovan serves as President of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). He recently completed a term as President of the American Society of International Law, and he previously served as Chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA). He teaches International Arbitration and International Investment Law and Arbitration at the New York University School of Law.
Discussion between Mr. Donovan and the audience was enlightening.
