Practical Guidance : Managing Financial Service Disputes

Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Eversheds are delighted to invite you to a joint seminar on international financial disputes.  

Stakeholders in the financial services sector are experiencing a new era of proliferating regulation and increasing cross-border investment in the wake of the global financial crisis.

The event will see a panel of financial, arbitration and litigation experts examine risks associated with financial disputes, and ways to mitigate against the dangers. The discussion will take place through considering a case study illustrating common problems, as well as topical issues.  Attendees will also be given the opportunity to submit questions prior to the event for the panel to address after the discussion of the case study.
