The 28th Goff Arbitration Lecture-International Arbitration - Can It Survive and Prosper in the Face of Incommensurable Methods of Fact Finding?

We are thrilled to invite you to the 28th Goff Arbitration Lecture with the theme of “International Arbitration - Can It Survive and Prosper in the Face of Incommensurable Methods of Fact Finding?”
 
Drawing upon the illustrious legacy of the Goff Arbitration Lecture organized by City University of Hong Kong, Professor Dr. Christopher To, the LLMArbDR Programme Director, will serve as the Master of Ceremonies for this special event. Professor Thomas Crofts, the Associate Dean, will be delivering the Welcoming Remarks and Introduction at the event.
 
We are delighted to have Mr. Justin Gleeson SC, an esteemed international arbitration practitioner and barrister, as our distinguished speaker for the event. With his extensive experience, including his role as the former Solicitor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, Mr. Gleeson has advised on international, constitutional, and public law matters. Following the lecture, there will be a discussion led by Mr. Neil Kaplan, providing an opportunity for participants to engage in insightful conversations.
 
The event will conclude with a networking reception at HKIAC, generously sponsored by Herbert Smith Freehills.
