Inaugural Financial Dispute Series (2014)
This will be talk leading up to the conference on "Practical Approach to Resolving Disputes in the Construction Industry" to be held on Friday 11 April. The seminar will cover the basics of both consultancy and main contract conditions. The emphasis of the talk is to provide engineers with a basic understanding of commercial, contract and disputes. It will touch on some of the training requirements as stipulated in the HKIE log book as well.
