Future of Technology in Arbitration 2022 (FOTA22) is the first ever global conference focused on bringing you the very latest in cutting-edge technologies that will transform arbitration as we know it today, tomorrow, and in the years to come.

The IBA Arb 40 Subcommittee is proud to launch a competition seeking to gather meaningful stories about our shared experiences in international arbitration and to publish them in a unique compendium. Participants are invited to submit stories that fall in one or more of the competition’s categories. Submissions about personal stories are welcome from as wide and diverse a participant pool as possible. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm EST on 30 September 2022 and should not exceed 750 words or contain confidential or privileged information. In the spirit of giving back to the international arbitration community, competition sponsors will make donations reflecting the submissions received, to be used to purchase arbitration-related books and resources to selected universities around the world.
