A 10% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of making a reservation. The balance is payable seven days before the first date of hearing.

Special arrangements can be made for booking on Saturday or Sundays subject to staff availability. There will be an additional administrative charge of HK$1,950.00 per half day.

  • Morning and afternoon tea and coffee for up to 20 people
  • White board and flip chart

Other equipment may be hired as requested from outside suppliers.

Outside catering and sandwiches can be arranged.

The Centre's opening hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays. Special arrangements can be made for bookings beyond normal office hours.
