CASE MANAGEMENT
The case management teams remain fully operational. Most of our staff are currently working remotely and are able to continue their work effectively, including by being contactable by email and phone.
In cases under HKIAC's auspices, documents may be delivered by email or other electronic means pursuant to the applicable rules. The service of hard copy documents continues to be possible, however, please advise your case manager or HKIAC reception in advance to ensure visitors are aware of the necessary precautions (see below).
For case-related enquiries, please contact the case manager directly (details of the Secretariat members can be found here). Alternatively, please call +852 2525 2381 or email one of the following addresses as appropriate: arbitration@hkiac.org, domain@hkiac.org, or mediation@hkiac.org.
