One size fits all? A cultural lens on the ideal arbitrator

On the occasion of the 13th Vis East Moot, which will be held in Hong Kong between 6th and 13th March, 2016, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) will be jointly organizing a seminar to explore the qualities which are essential to an ideal arbitrator and whether these qualities differ from one culture to another with a particular focus on the Far East.

The seminar will conclude with a “Wine Tasting & Networking” opportunity.
