Efficiency is always a factor to consider when choosing a dispute resolution mechanism in commercial contracts. At the seminar, we will take a look at the practical effects of increased speed in arbitration. We will also explore whether fast track arbitration is approaching the limits of due process – how much can an arbitration be expedited whilst still protecting the parties’ right to present their case?
