Tom is a Case Manager at HKIAC. He administers domain name dispute resolution proceedings for gTLDs, new gTLDs, and ccTLDs as part of the domain name dispute resolution services provided by HKIAC and the Hong Kong Office of the ADNDRC. Prior to joining HKIAC, Tom spent two years working in technical research and business development for technology companies in Hong Kong and Singapore.
