Byron Perez

Byron is Counsel (Supervisor) in HKIAC’s arbitration team.

Prior to joining HKIAC, Byron clerked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, where he supported tribunals in high profile investor-State and inter-State arbitrations relating to oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, and law of the sea. He previously worked as a lawyer of the Republic of the Philippines and as an associate in a Philippine law firm specializing in litigation and arbitration.
