Wesley is Managing Counsel at the HKIAC. He oversees the administration of arbitrations and other forms of dispute resolution proceedings at the HKIAC and works to promote the use of Hong Kong arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the HKIAC, Wesley worked for more than eight years in the New York, Paris and London offices of an international law firm focusing primarily on international commercial and investor-State arbitrations, as well as securities and corporate litigation and government regulatory investigations. He also provided non-contentious and pre-dispute advice, including the drafting of arbitration and dispute resolution clauses in commercial contracts.
Wesley holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law, as well as an LLB and BSc from King’s College London. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
