Jay is Counsel in HKIAC’s arbitration team. Before joining HKIAC, Jay worked as an associate in an international law firm in the Philippines.
Jay is an officer of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators; co-chair of Young PIArb; trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center; and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the ASEAN Law Association. He is also a member of the Philippine government’s technical working group for the amendment of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act 2004.
