On 11 May 2017, HKIAC organised a drink reception to launch A Guide to the HKIAC Arbitration Rules, published by Oxford University Press and authored by Michael Moser (Honorary Chairman of HKIAC) and Chiann Bao (former Secretary-General of HKIAC). The Guide provides detailed commentary to the 2013 HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules (the “Rules”) and the insider’s perspective on how the Rules are interpreted and applied by HKIAC.
